I went to this dealership to buy a used SUV, I caught the sales person several times misquoting what the vehicle was worth and what was fair trade in for my SUV. The general manager called me and told me flat out "were making a profit on this deal, but I can rip somone else off for more money". In the end, I found the same SUV for thousands less and a much better trade in.
