At 12:30 pm on Dec 21, 2015, I met a friend at Chilis on Coors. When we entered there was no host seating people, and as we waited several more people arrived. I asked a waitress & was told to tell the manager, but that he was talking to someone. I found him cleaning a table. I told him there was a line up front & no host. He SNAPPED at me, "I know that!" He went to the front & proceeded to call someone from behind us to be seated. At this time I suggested that we go somewhere else, as that particular chili's was clearly poorly run. I have eaten at Chili's all over the country, & often in Abq. I have never had such a rude encounter!! And I have never seen such disregard for those who make their business possible. Never again.
