Went to Camping World first they tried to hit me with hidden costs Bank recommended me to this place worked with Dan gave me a great price no BS and had me approved within 2 hours I would recommend this RV business to anyone and Ive worked with quite a few great people and down-to-earth prices thanks Dan

I have nothing but good service so far from this place and have had purchased 2 trailers from them..

We bought our 2014 Itasca Ellipse last October from Chisolm Trail RV in Albuquerque, NM. Joe Spacagna did an excellent job in handling the sale - like got us a last minute loan since our bank was too slow and we had to leave with the new RV. - As expected with any new RV there are some issues to deal with and to get fixed. I have numerous times called JD (service manager) and he has always responded in a timely manner, with great technical skills and with kindness. Even though we are 700 miles away and cannot take the RV in to the Chisholm Trail RV he has helped me out many times to get things fixed so I avoided to take it in to repair here. JD would stay with me on the phone till the issue was solved - period. I can not even begin to tell how much I appreciate all his help.

I have even, when dealing unsuccessful with warranty, called the owner CE to help out. CE is the most friendly guy and helped me tremendously by pushing the issues with Winnebago.

All together I have had the best experience in dealing with Chisholm Trail RV and that includes staff Alice, Betty,... We even ran into a couple here in California from Albuquerque who’s had bought their Itasca Ellipse from Chisolm RV and they raved about their excellent service.

terrible customer service!! no return phone calls no estimate just hit with a big bill that should have been under warranty sorry i will not return to this place

The people here were rude. I think her name was Sue or something. Not only her but most dealerships are over bearing I understand but these people were just hard up. I guess you tell that from the outside of the place. The sign was old the place was old and the owner was old. Went across town to much friendlier, less over bearing people. Time to get a new staff people.
