I have had months and months of trouble with my elbow. I had seen a few doctors that had just said surgery is the best option. I decided to try PT first. Thankfully I did. Erin took the time to explain and help me understand what was going on in my arm. The PT ended up helping tremendously and I didn't need to have surgery! Thank you so much Erin and to the other staff members that helped me out (Stacy)

I would highly recommend Boston Sports Medicine to anyone recovering from an injury, they target what exactly you want to get back to doing (whether you are a professional athlete or just need to be on your feet for 10 hours at work) and specialize a program for you. The facilities are brand new, everyone there is so nice and they always make you feel like you are their number one client. Jenn helped me get back on my feet after a broken ankle, and even followed up with me via email to see how I was doing. This place was recommended to me by my doctor and I was so happy I went to them.

I finished a marathon because of this practice!

I went to Boston Sports Medicine for a knee problem that I incurred doing marathon training. Dr. Velsmid identified the problem, put me on a rehab program, and spent just enough time with me to make sure it was working. The problem was solved and my knee pain went away--and no one pressed me to keep coming in for more unnecessary visits afterwards. I ran the marathon with healthy knees thanks to Boston Sports Medicine!
