WORST cleaning EVER! So I come home to hirs in my shower and on my bathroom floor, streaks on my mirrors, and a poop streak in my toilet. My sealing fan was not dusted. Kitchen sink not cleaned out. My shelves dusted poorly. And done get me started on the owner....

I have to offer my heartfelt apology to Jacqueline and her staff.

Due to some confusion on my part, I left a poor review, but after some investigation, I realize the error I made.

I received a referral for All Star Housekeeping through my handy man earlier this year and I have been thoroughly pleased with the level of service and trustworthiness of the cleaning crews. While I work from home and am often present when the cleaning crew is here, I have also utilized their services when I am not home. I have always found the level of work consistent with when I am there. It's a wonderful experience coming home after they have been here to clean.



In addition, I have always found Jacqueline to be very accommodating of my schedule and cleaning needs. Any changes or additional services requested are handled quickly and to my satisfaction. I have several pets in my home and they take the time to not only clean up the loose dog hair typically found, but also clean the walls and baseboards where my dog would typically lean against on any given day.

At Bruce Croskey Real Estate we need fast and dependable service. We received just that from All Star Housekeeping. Jacquelene and her crew are very professional and provide great service. Our rentals are in good hands. Today they tackled one of our Pittsburg CA homes and the place sparkles!!! On Friday they are taking on another home. Thank you

Absolutely recommend this service - refer all the time and use them for myself, too. As a local Realtor (Brentwood, Discovery Bay), I refer ALL STAR HOUSEKEEPING to my clients that are moving out OR moving in. ALL STAR does excellent "whole house" or what I call "top to bottom" cleaning -- inside cupboards and all the nooks and crannies that are available when the home is vacant. As a local professional, I only refer other professional businesses and count ALL STAR in the top 5 businesses where I will refer my clients. I have been using ALL STAR personally and referring for over 2 years. In the past, I have used agencies that are cheaper and speak another language. I LOVE that I can call the Owner (and reach her) to request additional services or leave a note for the cleaners. They speak & read English - which is very important to me. They are licensed and insured and I am quite comfortable with them in my property full of valuables when I am not home. I highly recommend this business for home or office cleaning services.

I have been using this service for three years, since I first moved to Brentwood. From the very beginning, I have been very impressed. The owner, Jacquelene, is very personable and extremely accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. I consider myself a demanding client, and she and her team have always been able to not only meet but exceed my expectations. They are very flexible and have been able to work around my crazy schedule. They even helped me with my move six months ago and did an excellent job. If they can make my home with crazy children and two dogs look immaculate, they can do anything!
