I had someone die and I called Lily's to order flowers for the funeral. I was told that because it was just before Valentines day they did not do funeral flowers. WHAT IF THIS PERSON THAT DIED WAS MY VALENTINE!. THE PERSON WAS COLD TOO. I GUESS YOU HAVE TO TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO DIE NEAR VALENTINES DAY OR.....JUST USE ANOTHER FLORIST!!!!!!!

Great experience! Ordered the flowers online and they looked even better than the picture! Wanted them for Mother's Day but I put the wrong date. They caught the wrong date and called me!! Will definitely use them again!!!

Absolutely horrible service. I asked them to deliver flowers to my girlfriend for valentines day at her work between the hours of 9am and 12pm because the office is closed afterwards. Not only did they not deliver them, I was forced to drive 45 minutes out of the way to deliver them myself. DON'T EVER BUY FLOWERS FROM LILY'S FLORIST!!!

i.eordered two dozen red roses for my anniversary the morning of my anniversary. Flowers were delivered prior to noon and my wife called immediately letting me know how beautiful, abundant, and fragrant they were.
