Chuck Couch goes above and beyond in customer service and repair!!! We are never disappointed, which says a lot after the many times we’ve dealt with repairs due to accidents. Thank you for all that you and the rest of the staff at the Collision Center do to keep us happy!!!!

Had my vehicle towed to Heyward Allen due to failure to start. Service advisor called me trying to get me to approve installation of new battery at more than$160.00 which is twice price from any auto parts store. (They ran the battery down trying to start car). Battery was less than 12 months old. They charged for over 3 hours for diagnostic to determine problem with fuel pump and wiring. Fixed problem as approved. I asked advisor to save old fuel pump, because previous mechanic had pulled fuel pump and determined it worked fine after multiple testings, fuel pump was not provided when I picked up car. When I picked up car the following Saturday, there was grease on the seats and both front doors. When I brought this to their attention, they said that was the way car was brought to them. Finally, they did send someone out to wipe down grease from seats and doors. I expect more from any Toyota dealer. I do not trust that they were honest in their dealings with me. Your Choice.

Terrible, terrible experience...

Terrible, terrible experience. Dealer promised a car at a price. Then, when car arrived without the roof rack tried to get us to pay another $750.



Stay away!!! We are repeat Toyota buyers but will now travel to Atlanta rather than waste our time here. They even shipped out our trade-in before it was theirs and now need to ship it back!! The police assured us we could press charges, but we declined.



This used to be a good dealership, but is now full of bad prices and bad follow-through. Stay away and drive to Atlanta. The prices are better and the people more honest.

They stand behind their work

I, unfortunately, have had experiences with several body shops in the Athens area. I will not go into the other experiences but want to tell you about my experience with Mr. Ransom at the body shop at Heywood Allen in Athens.



Over 10 years ago, my mother was involved in a accident where a car side swiped her, damaging the mirror and window on her drivers door. The work was done by them and we continue to drive the car today. However after a couple of years we began to notice some scratching on the door window. As the years progressed, it became more apparent.



I met with Mr. Ransom and he looked at the car. I really didn’t expect him to do much, especially since mom could not find the paper work. The work had been done at their previous location and those records were too old to be at their new shop. But he said he would see what he could find. After a couple of weeks, I had figured nothing would be done.



I was really surprised when he called telling me he had found the records and wanted me to bring the car in for his shop manager to look at it. I did, and they replaced the window. No charge, no hassle!



These people go beyond what I expected. I highly recommend them to anyone.
