It is a part of the Los Angeles-based Hillstone Restaurant Group, founded in 1976, which operates restaurants at various locations throughout the United States. Houston s primarily specializes in American cuisine, and it also features an artistic ambience that includes a selection of visual and colorful architecture. The restaurant offers meat, fish and chicken dishes, as well as produce and vegetable specialty items. In addition, its staff includes various servers, bartenders, greeters and kitchen personnel and also offers summer internship and training programs. Houston s maintains a location in Atlanta.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! The food is always wonderful but the service is the best in Atlanta hands down! I've had everything on the menu and their team is the best!
An Atlanta staple, Houston's is one of my favorites, because I also know I'm going to get quality food and service. I love getting a glass of wine and enjoying the Smoked Salmon at the bar. But their Kale Salad is another favorite of mine. Yum!
Great Dinner Menu and Great Service.
I eat here often, from soup and salad to a ful meal. the food is consistent and the service is excellent.
I've eaten there several times while I lived in the Atlanta area. When I go back to Atlanta to visit, I will make that one of the first places I go to eat.
Let me try and explain why I am writing this review. My husband and I had dinner somewhere else. The food and service was so horrible that I had to write a letter to that restaurant owner. Then it hit me every single time that I ate at your restaurant the food was incredible the waiters and waitress were friendly, professional, knowledgable. It hit me that not only should I write about a negative experience I had, but I should also write about all my wonderful experiences I have dining at your restaurant. I know that when I enter your door I will have a great meal. There are no surprises just wonderful time, food and courtesy people. Thank you so much!
I've always eaten at Houstons and been totally satisfied, but today, my family ate at the Houstons on Peachtree, and we were very disappointed. Our $23 rib plate was burnt on the underside, my husbands hamburger was average at best, and my baked potatoe was not fully cooked. My salmon was delicious, though, and so were the roasted vegetables. I seem to remember that at one time a salad was included with a meal, but it was not today. Perhaps they've just changed. The service was wonderful--that much hasn't changed. And, perhaps the Peachtree location isn't their most successful one, though it was crowded somewhat. Anyway, I'm just thankful we got out for $54; my daugher and I shared an entree. We were just disappointed with the quality, especially since we remember having many a fine meal there in the past.
