Provided by YP.comWe have been going to this clinic for 25+ years and have always felt our dogs received amazing care. Most recently, our 12 year old dachshund had benign growth in her toes. Dr Wood was able to remove all but one toe and her pad so she can keep her leg! Thank you to both of the Dr. Woods and their very caring staff!

Provided by YPmobileLove Dr. Woods and their techs. Always so relaxed and they don't nickel and dime you to death with unnecessary treatments. Dr Woods Sr. Is who we see the most. Love his funny sayings for certain conditions that just put me at ease. I appreciate their caring attitudes for our fur baby.

Provided by YP.comWe have 4 dogs, 2 Yorkies and 2 adopted mutts that all have had health issues at 1 time or another. Each and
every time Dr. Wood Sr.and Dr. Wood Jr. have brought them back to health. They are the most compassionate,
knowledgeable, and skilled veterinarians I have dealt with.
It is obvious they love animals and we would never go anywhere else. Our dogs are family too, and only the BEST will do for our family's care!

Provided by YP.comI love everything about this place except for the b*tch who answers the phone. She's rude, unprofessional and not very bright. She's probably just really lonely and miserable and pissed that she has to answers phones for a living!

Provided by YP.comI have been going to Balcones Animal Hospital for around 15 years. Both doctors are exceel and do not try and sell you stuff or do procedures that you don't need. I had a minidachsund that had nine lives and Dr. Woods was patient and caring each time we had an incident. There staff is always helpful and after comparing fees with other neighbors an their vets closer to me...I will con't to see Dr. Woods.

Provided by YP.comI've taken both of my schnauzers to Balcones and continue to do so now that I live 45 minutes away. They are great and unlike other Vets they don't try to upsell you and rip you off. My pets receive quality service and I trust both father and son with my boys. I highly recomend Balcones Animal Hospital.
BAH really tries to take care of all pets with in a 1x1 manner. we felt great taking our lab in there.
I have a cat and dog and take them both to Balcones Animal Hospital. The doctors there are extremely professional and compassionate. They are quick to recommend home remedies and always willing to answer questions. They do not tell you to bring your pet in for every little thing, instead recommend things you can do at home before bringing them in. I have found their schedule availability to be great. They are very affordable for veternarian services. I have been extremely pleased with the services I have received with both of my pets. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I live about ten miles from the clinic and it is well worth fighting Austin traffic for.
Also, very prompt and courteous.
