I had a wonderful experience at Dr. BuckinghamâÂÂs office in August of 2016. He performed my partial neck lift, after being referred by a close friend. I had been wanting to have this surgery for a long time, but Dr. BuckinghamâÂÂs affordable cost, convenience, and reputation made me decide to move forward. IâÂÂm am very pleased with my results. The surgery went well and the staff at Dr. BuckinghamâÂÂs office went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during my recovery. If you are in Austin, and are considering a cosmetic procedure, I recommend scheduling a consultation with Dr. Buckingham.
On October 12th, I went in to see Dr. Buckingham for a lower facelift, fat transfer, and chemical peel. I have to say this was an excellent experience. Dr. Buckingham is an amazing surgeon. His office makes a comfortable setting, while the staff is both compassionate and attentive. My hair dresser had seen Dr. Buckingham for Botox in the past, and gave him a glowing review. After my consultation, I knew that Dr. Buckingham was the right fit for my needs. Today, IâÂÂm happy with all of my results. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted. I would recommend Dr. Buckingham to anyone thinking about a cosmetic procedure, as he is an excellent surgeon and will quickly ease any concerns or fears.
I saw Dr. Buckingham for a blepharoplasty and fat transfer on August 31st. I had dark circles and bags under my eyes, which made me look worn out when I wasnâÂÂt. Since I am in front of customers all day, it was important that my face look refreshed. Before scheduling my consultation, I did a lot of research online. Dr. Buckingham had excellent reviews and I knew immediately he was what I was looking for. The procedure was excellent. It really took a minimum of 10 years off my face. Now I look very youthful. I am so happy, plus I had a speedy recovery and feel great. Dr. Buckingham gets my recommendation.
My rhino-septoplasty was in December at Dr. Buckinghams office. I researched online and seeing that he was Board Certified, plus his reviews, made me comfortable with Dr. Buckingham. I am very happy with my results. It is a huge improvement, given what I had before. The functionality of the nose is better, and the crookedness is gone. There was hardly any bruising, so my recovery was much better than I thought it would be when I went in. Anyone in Dr. Buckinghams office for facial plastic surgery is in good hands.
This past October, I saw Dr. Buckingham for a fat transfer, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty. He came recommended by my ENT. Dr. Buckingham is a thoughtful, caring man. He is also a good listener and very willing to adapt to his patients needs. Im very happy with the results from my procedure. They are subtle but yet make a big impact on my overall appearance.
I saw Dr. Buckingham in March for a blepharoplasty and Juvederm injections. He is very helpful and knowledgeable, just a very gentle man. I like that I dont look so tired anymore. My face is fuller and finally, I dont have any dark spots. I have already recommended Dr. Buckingham to someone, and will continue to do so.
I had a Necklift with Dr. Buckingham on January 28th. He was originally referred to me by several of my friends. He is very professional, has a great bedside manner, is a good listener, and an excellent speaker. So far, I am very pleased with my results. The recovery process was easy. I was out and about in a week.
I saw Dr. Buckingham for a chin augmentation on December 18th. He was initially referred to me by a friend. I found Dr. Buckingham to be very professional and very good at what he does. His office staff and nurses were also excellent. The staff really was just as incredible as his work. They answered all of my questions and were able to reply to my emails right away. I had saved up and decided to go for it. Chin augmentation is something Ive wanted for a long time, and now, I am very happy with the results. There was only a short downtime after surgery, maybe just a weekend. The procedure was absolutely worth it.

Dr. Buckingham is a very talented man. Not only does he know what hes doing, but he looks at each person and discusses all the different procedures and their possible outcomes with you. I had a brow lift, my upper eyelids done, a lower facelift and fat transfer almost three months ago. I was starting to see my upper eyelids out the side of my vision and with this being a younger world today, I decided I didnt want to see all those wrinkles and dropping chin and just went for it. I am extremely happy and my husband is extremely happy. I feel like its me, but years ago. Im ecstatic and for all the things I had done I can say I wasn't in pain; I was more uncomfortable than anything else. Dr. Buckingham is an extremely nice man and he makes you feel very comfortable going through this entire journey. He and his staff make it as easy as possible. I was Googling and came across Dr. Buckinghams website. I am 47 and gravity happened. Everything started to kind of fall and I considered this for about two years. I thought if I was going to do it that I wanted a surgeon who specialized in just face procedures. I had a lower facelift and facial fat transfer in February. A friend who had work done by Dr. Buckingham, recommended me to him. I had a limited incision lower face lift, a chin implant, and I had a full face fat transfer on January 13th. I am growing older and I was not happy looking in the mirror and seeing sags and wrinkles. I am extremely happy with my results. It looks beyond better than what I was wishing for. Dr. Buckingham is a very professional and very skilled surgeon. He is very experienced and thorough and his staff, especially Rene, was excellent. There was a lot of downtime and you have to be patient particularly with the fat transfer, but I expected that, and so it was all right. I had procedures that included Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty and a Fat Transfer done on May 22. During my consultation, Dr. Buckingham answered my questions in a very straightforward manner. He explained the procedure thoroughly and was very confident in doing so. I just trusted him to do the procedure. The recovery process was fine, and my results are great. I was really impressed when I saw Dr. Buckingham's website and the clarity of the posted before-and-after photos. It was exactly what I was looking for in a surgeon and I loved all of the tutorials he provided. That's why I chose Dr. Buckingham to perform Lower Facelift with Platysmaplasty, together with Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty on me on July 18. The experience was wonderful. Dr. Buckingham was recommended to me by my dermatologist and also a friend of mine, so on August 7th I had a Browlift, an Upper Eyelift, Fat Injections in my cheeks and Upper Facelift. My experience with the surgery was very easy and painless. The recovery was fine. I didn't like having to stay at home but that had nothing to do with the procedure. I had zero pain. I hardly took any pain medication. During the recovery time everything was perfect with the follow-up care from the doctor and his staff. Dr. Buckingham is easy to talk to, accessible, very professional and does great work. The staff at his office couldn't be nicer. They're all very pleasant and because of them the office visits have been great. I'm getting many compliments on my results. I feel great about myself and I feel a lot younger. It was worth it. I had several procedures: Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty, Fat Transfer, and a Lower Facelift and Necklift. I was so impressed with all of the information presented on his website. The people here are so friendly and efficient and genuine. It was a pleasure, and Dr. Buckingham seemed to be giving me undivided attention for as long as I needed him. I didn't feel rushed at all, and I was extremely pleased from the very beginning to the very end. We had a meeting in advance where they prepared me with the information about what to expect and also through all of the things that I could expect to happen post-procedure. Also, they stood by ready for emergency phone calls, consultations, or office visits. If anything seemed even the slightest bit questionable, I didn't have any issues. My recovery was wonderful. I had a facelift, neck lift, fat transfer and chemical peel 3 months ago with Dr. Buckingham. He also filed down a bump on my nose. My ENT recommended Dr. Buckingham and I thought when a doctor recommends another doctor you know its pretty good. I actually went to another doctor a year ago for a consult and it was quick. It wasnt to the extent that it was with Dr. Buckingham. That doctor said we can do this and that and his assistant gave me some prices. When I went to Dr. Buckingham I was truly impressed with him and his staff. I just had this gut feeling this was where I needed to be and the rest is history! I love my nose, my more youthful neck, the smoothness of my skin, and the removal of wrinkles in the cheek area that was so aging! They were pretty good about letting me know what was going to happen. I had redness for almost 3 months, the nerves in one ear is still very sensitive to the touch, and one side of my chin is still very tender, but Dr. Buckingham said it would take
Dr. Buckingham and his staff were great during my Lower Facelift procedure and the outpatient surgery place was wonderful. The level of pain was less than dental surgery that I have had before. Dr. Buckingham gave me written material in case I forgot what I was supposed to do so I could read it, and that was a big help. I even asked him about another procedure and he told me I didnt need it; that really impressed me.
I had a Rhinoplasty done in May. I made the appointment online. The consultation with Dr. Buckingham was great. He didnt insist on me getting this or that procedure. He listened to my concerns. The fee for the surgery was lower here. I'm really happy with the results. It looks aesthetically pleasing. If it wasnt because I believe perfection is so hard to attain, and theres always room for improvement, I would give him a five.
