      awful

      Owner does not stand behind products. I bought new hankook tires last summer, already bald. I got 16,000 out of the 60,000 miles out of them. Pat said he would prorate for new tire. Yeah right! Told me he could give me $30 off new set. In what world is that prorating?

      Billings best tire store

      I've bought tires for a Jeep, two Subarus, two Hondas and tomorrow a Ram 2500. This is the only tire store I'll buy from. Fair prices, knowledgeable staff and great customer service.

      Strike three

      They do not stand behind their products or work. This tells me that they either know they sell sub par or they don't know they sell bad products. I had purchased a new set of tires and after two or three weeks the tire had a blowout. Took my care back to them and said the tire was on national back order. I Checked back time and again. they told me they would call when the tire came in they gave me a cheap tire to tie me over. Then about six months later got another flat. they said that they would not honor the replacement of the original tire. You would be better off going somewhere else.

      I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind there products and show very poor customer service. I purchased 4 tires from them and they damaged one while mounting it and would not replace it or offer any consessions. The tires also caused by vehicle to shimmy.
