After the trauma of a late night ER visit, they recommended Ortho Montana for my husbands hand repair. We called on the fly early the next morning while on route to Billings from Cody, they got us in and scheduled our surgery for the next day. The whole process we were treated extremely professionally and with prompt answers. Excellent patient relations from reception to the follow up call after surgery. We felt very comfortable with our surgeon and the entire staff. Everyone we have dealt with has been a very good experience. We nightly recommend Ortho Montana.

I went for an appointment. Filled out an intake form. Received treatment. However, they did not update my billing information, as I had updated on my intake form. I received a phone call about 2 months after my visit asking for my mailing address (which was provided at time of treatment). I was not told why I received the call, but gave my address. Today I received a collection letter. This is the first notification I received if my bill and what may have been outstanding after insurance. Highly insulting. Poor billing practice. Poor record keeping. Never again will I grace their doorway; I'm looking forward to the phone call return tomorrow and response to my faxed letters to both ortho Montana and cbb collections. Sloppy business conduct. Incompetent office personnel.
