This is an awful location with the worst customer service. They've messed up my takeout order more than once, I've given them too many chances. Never again. They are rude, they don't care about the customers, the food or the fact that you spend money there. They ruined my dinner last night, forgot the lettuce for my lettuce wraps..imagine that. So I called and spoke to a rude girl, who refused to let me speak to a manager, she told me the manager didn't have time to speak with me. She told me to drive all the way back to the restaurant. When I told her I didn't think I should have to drive back up there she told me she would have the manager call me, but I never received a call. Don't waste your time going to Pei Wei, especially the Boynton Beach location. They truly don't care, the will take your money without giving you what you ordered and then when they make a mistake they will expect you to go out of your way to fix it. If this was the first time something like this happened... But its not its happened more than a couple of times. I'm done subpar food thats overpriced with awful customer service is not worth it.

Good food, good value, generous servings.

We were dining in and doing take-out from this restaurant for a while until a couple mishaps occurred. First, one Friday night we ordered take-out over the phone and then went by to pick it up. Although our food was ready my husband had to stand in line with everyone (includes those waiting to be seated and those placing and picking up orders) to pick up food. He stood in line waiting for an extra 25 minutes! By the time we got our food it was cold and not as enjoyable, but we were starving so we still dug it. I hope the restaurant did see the errors with this line arrangement and made improvements. We understand that it was a busy Friday night for them, but what's the purpose of placing a take-out order 20 minutes before picking up and then waiting 25 minutes to actually get it? Then there was the time we found a piece of glass in our food. We ended up speaking with the restaurant manager about the incident, but my husband and I decided never to dine from or at that particular location. Still, Pei Wei's food is still really good (I mean they are affiliated with PF Changs) and the dining atmosphere is inviting. Just be aware of the Boynton Beach location and possible mishaps.
