The practice areas at Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez L.L.P., are divided generally between litigation and business or corporate law. Our litigation practice encompasses defending our clients when they get sued and suing others on behalf of our clients when the need arises. The business or corporate part of our practice includes representing clients in real estate transactions, employment and labor law matters, business governance and operations, bankruptcy, drafting or reviewing contracts and other business documents asset purchase agreements, advising clients with regard to secured transactions, and loan documents as well as Wills, trusts, and estate planning work.
