      Hotel overcharged my credit card and won't fix it!
      We booked a room for two nights in July 2016, With all taxes and fees included bill was $217 but charge was $244. Hotel charged $27 more than the room rate posted when I made the reservation. I was denied speaking to a manager. I left my contact info and one month later I am still waiting for that call or email and a refund. I contacted the booking service I worked through and the hotel has refused to talk to its customer service team. Additionally the hotel has a train track a block away and trains came blasting through with horns blowing every night! Don't expect to get any ice and don't expect to wash your hands. Water from the faucet just barely goes into the sink, no room to put your hands in the water stream. There are no safety bars on the tub/shower. Breakfast not completely free as advertised as a tip was also charged to card without authorization. Bring ear plugs, something to sanitize your hands, a bag of ice, and pay cash
