First Class!

This is definitely a first class business! My dog has been attending since 2006 and is still excited to go to "school" twice a week. He knows exactly which days are daycare days and he races me to the car. I have been extremely satisfied with the care and attention he gets while there and I love being able to go out and enjoy the evening when he gets home as he's crashed for at least a day or two after a day at school.

Our dog had been going to woof day a little over a year. We thought everything was fine until we picked him up one weekend. He was so dehydrated his head was hung and his tail was between his legs when we picked him up. The staff member who checked him out didn't say a word (she is listed as a vet tech. on their staff listing). He had not slept well the night before bringing him there and his stomach was a little off, but was fine when we brought him there (which we told them when we dropped him off). We called several times to check on him and was told he was tired and hadn't eaten much. Often he wouldn't eat the first day or so, but that was no big deal. They never told us there was anything to worry about. We had to rush him to our vet on the Sunday we picked him up for emergency fluids. When we both talked to the owner, her comment was "we don't go around and check the dogs gums to see if they're hydrated" Luckily, we have a wonderful new doggy day care!
