My Mom has been in for two days now;the facility is an older one but very clean. The staffing there is always more than happy to assist so that was comforting. My Mom has yet to complain about anyone-LOL. The food is not as good as I had hoped but is o.k. The PT is on board & very positive & willing for the family to come & observe anytime. If you get a phone in your loved ones room,make sure you find out the # M-F otherwise the weekend staff doesn't know & you cannot speak to them by phone. I will update my review as they improve...
