When my dress is ready to pick up I call and talk to this girl who tells me I can pick my dress up on a Saturday with no appointment. So I drive up on a Saturday and they actually turned me away. I told her I would just need a few minutes to get it. Jaimie, was firm in telling me I could actually never pick up my dress on a weekend because they reserve that time for sales only. I work full time 3 hours away, so I told her I would have to take a whole day off of work just for 10 minutes to pick up a dress. Offering no help with my situation to find a compromise or solution. I was really offended. I had spent $2,700 here. After much arguing and waiting for a call back they finally say I can pick it up on a Saturday only at 9:00am and said repeatly in voicemails that I could only be there 30 minutes although I said all I needed was 10 minutes. There was no helping me into it. The bag it's in has STAINS and a TEAR on it. I swear. I mean, never...never would I refer someone here.
