For a new business no one i9n the Charlotte area is familiar with, you’d think this company would try to gain some good will. Instead, low money for buybacks, a cold impersonal staff and confusing buyback policies make this store a must NOT go. Manifest is right down the street for music needs (they give you more money for your stuff too) and plenty of bookstores here in Charlotte that actually care about their clientele. Go back to where you came from if you are not going to be a benefit to your customers.

Just took in 24 current romance books in excellent condition and was offered $16 or a $29 store credit! Went to locate some of the same books on their shelves that were in the same and worse condition that they were selling for $9-$15!!! I'm very disappointed in this new addition to Charlotte...
