You can expect in-depth evaluations and personalized plans of care. We offer a variety of services including manual therapy, trigger point dry needling and specialized targeted exercises to promote healing. Through movement focused methodology and a comprehensive approach we work to first get you past your pain and back to the activities you cherish to optimizing your recovery and create resilience. Pushing past the point of a traditional insurance based clinic! We provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to prevent future injury or pain, with a focus on all around health."
