The level of professionalism and just plain old fashioned courtesy that I have encountered at La Fleur deserves the highest rating I can give. The story ends without my being able to pick my arrangement up because of the freak storm that's sitting on Cheyenne at the moment. I'm sorry not to be able to complete the transaction, but La Fleur has been concerned only about my safety on the road. I'm impressed and grateful.

While I appreciate everyone's review, my experience was a little different. My mixed bouquet arrived amazing but within 5 days, 50% of it was dead. I called the shop and was told that they only guarantee flowers for 24 hrs. I have had longer lasting bouquets from the grocery store. The only thing I can tell my sister is that I appreciate her kindness...not that she was taken for an a excessive amount of money.

I was out of town and ordered roses for my wife. I called La Fleur because they are just a small company and I wanted to give my business to someone who is not cookie cutter packages like the other 3 florists in town(look at their websites, they are all done by the same person). My wife said the flowers are very beautiful and very fragrant. So the quality was there. My dissatisfaction arises from the price. I was told $50 for a dozen roses which is very reasonable so I ordered. I was a little surprised to see my credit card was charged $70. I called to make sure and of course there is $7 delivery charge(which is about what everyone charges in cheyenne, even though the delivery was only 9 blocks from their shop). But I guess there is pretty close to another $10 for arranging the flowers. I never asked for a final price on the phone and I never asked what the delivery charge. Just a little surprised to see $50 turn into $70.

The arrangement was beautiful!! I got it for my anniversary on the 11th and I haven't had to do anything but water it and it has lasted until today (the 24th)! I am so impressed and I would totally recommend these ladies to anyone that asks. It smelled great and looked amazing. Good job girls

As a lot of brides know, it can be hectic making the right choices. Boy did I strick it right with these ladies. I did not know at the time which florist to choose, I visited them all. The owners Barb and Shirl made my day! They were the kindest and the sweetest ladies to talk me through my wedding. The flowers were stunning and so beautiful. They made the suggestions that I needed and help me with the set up also. Not knowing if a cheyenne florist could do such a big wedding they assured me no wedding was too small or too big. The lastest styles and designs is their speciality. Modern for sure!!! They worked with me several times during the year to make it perfect. Future brides, book early to get what you want as Im sure these ladies will be booking for next year. They were wonderful!!!

We relocated from the east coast and found the ladies at La Fleur have big city talent with small town values. Their creations are just gorgeous, something you would see in a magazine! Nothing is too fussy, just high quality flowers with personalized service you'll never find anywhere else. We are lucky to have such a talented florist in Cheyenne! We use them for corporate events and as our personal florist.

For the first time I felt like I got more than what I paid for at a florist. This unique, exquisite arrangement was exactly what I had in mind. Wonderful work!

I live in Michigan and I used to do business with Underwood Florist. I recently learned that the designers that used to work there are not there any more and I have heard that they moved to your shop. Please advise me when I call I think that their names were Shirley and Barbara. I need to find out where they went since they are the only ones that I trust to get it right.
