Please do not use this law firm. Very unprofessional and you have to call them to check on check. Only spoke to Mr. Booker one time and never gave me a call back. Office staff very unpleasant.

We've used Keith Booker several times over the years and he's always done exactly what a lawyer is suppose to do. No complaints. I would keep in contact with him before the court date and never had a problem with him showing up.

DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! Keith Booker did not show up for the scheduled hearing and now my husband is having to deal with a "failure to appear" and a possible license suspension on top of his traffic citation. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, the office staff was extremely rude. They told lie after lie and when I caught them up in the lies, they chose to hang up on me instead of owning up to it. Even though they did absolutely no work on my husbands case, they refuse to refund the retainer. We are now out the $100 we paid to Keith Booker...the money we have to pay to a new attorney...plus the additional court fines for the failure to appear...plus the license reinstatement fees. I plan on filing a grievance with the bar association and possibly suing him for malpractice.

My family has used this attorney for over 8 years. He provides wonderful service. As long as you are honest with him he is honest with you. Highly recommend!

Keith Booker did not show up to court for me as he said he would. I received a letter a month later saying that my license would be suspended if I didn't pay my fine PLUS a $200 fee for failure to appear in court. My speeding ticket with an initial cost of $173 has now cost me $558 to be exact (it would have been $758 if the judge did not waive the $200 failure to appear fee). WOW!! I am ashamed that I share the same city with this crook. People like Keith Booker disgust me. He has not answered my phone calls or mailings so far. PLEASE DO NOT BE A VICTIM TO HIS SCAMMING!!!!!!!!!
