Called This business looking to have a heater kit installed in my 2016 Polaris. I had already purchased the kit direct for Polaris and just need it installed. I talked to the service dept to get a quote. They quoted me 12 hours at $75 per hour. I asked why so many hours, the installation instructions directly from Polaris state installation time is 2 hours. his reply was they had to remove the "whole cage". Called two other local business and was quoted for three hours. I understand Polaris instructions are "in a perfect world". I would not do business with a company that sells a product that they apparently know nothing about and try to take advantage of people. Shop around and don't let this company take advantage of you.
