The dress arrived late they finish fixing my dress 2 days before my wedding. I will suggest not to get done any alterations there. The day of my wedding I felt the dress was dragging over the floor. Have good friends helping to fix the dress and pull up the hem so I will not trip again.

Bridals By Roma made my dream come true for my wedding gown. I could not have been in a better shop. Not only did I find my wedding gown (which they custom made for me), my mother found her MOB dress here too! My bridal stylist was amazing and I highly recommend them to all my friends when they start their wedding planning.

You are on your own! Seven bidesmaid's dresses were ordered from here. Some came in correctly with a small train, some did not. Evidently one of their seamstresses evened the hem out while another left the hem as it should have been, longer in the back. I was told they have more than one seamstress and they are like chefs all with their own intetrpretation of what should be done. Perhaps too many chefs spoil the stew. No offer was made to refund the charge for hemming the dresses. PS the bride's gown was purchased from their store also. You be the judge.

I got married in 2006, I know this review is a little late but I just received my dress from the dry cleaners and thought to my self.... every one needs to know about Bridals by Roma in Clifton, NJ.... I want to start off and tell you my salesgirl was sweet, honest, and she basically figured out my style and helped me find the most perfect dress. As I walked through with my dress to see if I felt comfortable the Manager and most of the other sales girls all told me I looked great. (I know what you are thinking that is what they all say.... but I felt they truly meant it) The rest is history I bought the dress got fitted by a perfectionist and my dress fit like a glove. Perfect, it was just what I always dreamt about. On April 22, 2006 I received so many complements about my dress and I have to say thanks to the ladies and Roma for the only thing that went right during my wedding... (It rained and sleeted all day....oh well) BUT THE DRESS WAS AMAZING!!!! Once again thank you Bridals by Roma and I vow to let everyone know about how wonderful the experience at your Bridal Salon was.... you often hear the negative people... not enough Happy or Thrilled people post so I wanted to be sure that I would post because I am sure there are other thousands of woman who have been just as happy as I was with the experience!
