This business and especially this location is the absolute WORST place to go in Colorado Springs!! Just like the other 1 star review. It's terrible! The prices are outrageously over priced and the staff is unprofessional and disrespectful! Do not go here, pawn here or purchase here! You will find all the merchandise is broken or doesn't work, the lack of any kind of professionalism is unreal. This company will eventually close due to constant complaints, unethical practices and the worst customer service. I've lived in Colorado Springs all my life and never write reviews but had to with the worst experience!!

Avoid this business at all costs. I had the worst experience with them. They are very shady and unprofessional. Please be careful. It is the entire company as when I had an issue and requested to speak to a manager they did everything their power to prevent me to speaking to a manager. Very shady beware! There are other really great shops to help you in the Colorado Springs area. Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid this company.
