Highly recommended! "Superb experience”

I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 4-stars. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to and the car service Drake Travel had for us was great.

I was extremely satisfied with Drake Travel. Ms. Dinkins the owner, has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, trying to make sure everything was organized. The guides, drivers and tours were very professional and friendly, the accommodations simply superb. I highly recommend Drake Travel will turn your trip into an unforgettable experience!

Had a great time at Sweetie Pies, the food was great and yes we did get to see Miss Robbie. It was funny they had the travel agent from the group working the door for us. Thanks so much for all the fun and we look forward to the next trip. Mary T.

The trip itself was great. I have to mention we were left for hours at the arch in st.louis. We were scheduled to go to Sweetie Pies at 3pm but was not informed of any changes to the itinerary. A coordinator should have never left 5 adults, 4 children and a infant. I feel no responsibility was taken. We were not even offered an apology. I feel this was very bad business and if a head count is not going to be taken seriously why just do one for show. If there was a list of individuals on the bus those same individuals should have returned on the bus. We had to catch two separate ubers and the second uber never showed up so my mother, sister and cousin had to wait even longer in the sun. Thanks to the uber driver who returned and was more concerned about our well-being than the coordinator. Take responsibility if that is a part of your job. We were made to feel it was our fault for getting left by a bus that we clearly was on earlier that day. Thank you uber driver.
