Provided by YP.comI will never go back after having senglese twist for only three weeks they started falling out at the top with my hair attached. I have text her about the matter and haven't heard from her yet. Then they keep stopping doing other thing for a hour or more. All the money I paid for poor service. Lesson learned.

Provided by YPmobileI decided at the last minute on a Friday afternoon that I wanted my hair braided and Moyas was the only shop who could fit me in a hour after I called, so I arrived and was started on by six o clock in the evening. I was out by twelve that night. Besides the two women arguing over my head the service was pretty good. On n yeah if you're there late at night be prepared to hear extremely loud i because there is a club just next door. After my hair was finished I realized y it only took six hours my braids were braided about one and a half inches down instead of four. the hair was not human hair as soon as I put heat on the braids the hair went limp. After two weeks it was time for my braids to come out they looked very old and I wrapped them up and all at night.

I paid $70 for my hair & $160 for them to braid my hair. I had 1 pk of 18" & 1 pk of 16" hair. I got 2 the shop & had 2 wait an hour & 45 min 4 the hair braider 2 arrive. They opened at 9am! Who knew that they did not like 2 use 16" hair. When the braider was almost finish some 4 hour later I noticed my hair did not look all that hot, plus it was very thin. This lady had penny pinched off of the 18" pk of hair because she did not want to use the 16" hair. As a result, I had braids bigger than the actual hair that hung from the micro braid. I told the lady in the shop that same day that it looked very thin. She advised that once it dried it would fluff out. Well it didn't. So I called back and complained. At 1st, they were defensive, after listening, they apologised. They offered to rebraid the edges & give me a discount of getting more braids or taking them out for free. After a week, when braids fell out I ask them 2 rebraid & they refused to do it! Poor customer service!

As far as braid quality I give them 5 stars. Their customer service is a 1 star. they are very rude and don't know how to talk to people. They will also set your appointment at 9am if you choose a AM appointment then be late & expect you to wait for them to clean the shop when they really should do it at closing the night before. Then they don't even apologize for the wait! But let you walk out the door & get in the car, they wont let money leave. The price for micro braids are $160 if u bring your own hair & $180 if u use theirs. If u choose a style, they jack the price up to $200-250. You're better off saying "i want whatever I can get for $160" and you're pretty safe from being over charged.
Too expensive!!!!!!!!!!!! I am from NJ, and their prices are extremely high. They are overcharging their customers by at least $40 or more (ex. micros). AND they are very rude!!!!!!!!!!!
