Update: I had listed one star and the info below. After making several post around the web the owner Christopher called and said he had NOT received any of the messages me or corporate had left for him. He came out and installed the parts I had ordered and apologized and said he would correct the problem he had at his store. So there was a problem and he did correct it. AFTER THIS I WOULD Recommend Them.



I would not recommend doing business with these guys. They are a Dirt Devil repair center and I was referred to them by Dirt Devil. I ordered a belt and Filter from them on Monday, February 25th. They charged my card right then so everything was paid for. I was told I would have the parts Thursday February 28th or no later than Friday March 1st. They were shipping them from Columbia, SC to Pelion, SC. Now it is March 12th and I still have not received my parts and I cant get a return call from them.



I am now talking to Dirt Devil Corporate and they have called them also. Still no return call from them about my parts. Dirt Devil Corporate says they are a independent dealer so there is not much they can do.



STAY AWAY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
