      The customer service itself is well below the mark. They have at least three current and several past employees who had very nasty attitudes. Including the owner. They have a tendency to do rush jobs and the nails look sloppy. Not a good experience, however there are some good nail techs in the establishment that do it all no complaints and give great customer service. I would recconend this place if all other alternatives have been exhausted only.

      Pro-Nail has the most amazing pedicures I've found in Columbus! Their leg scrub is invigorating! Their staff is professional and amazing! I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
