I have been to the Sullivan Centre in Columbus, Ohio a few times over the past 3 years. Most recently was October 2011. I had a Juvaderm injection to my upper and lower lip, performed by Dr. Michael Sullivan at the Sullivan Centre. I showed a picture to Dr. Michael Sullivan. plastic surgeon and also referenced someone in his office. Dr. Sullivan assured me that he could achieve the results I expected, however he did not achieve satisfactory results and will not stand behind his work. I waited patiently for the swelling to go away, within 7 days the entire injection of Juvaderm was no longer visible in my lips. I went back to Dr. Michael Sullivan and he agreed that the injection had practically vanished. In addition to the Juvaderm only lasting during the swollen period of 7 days, I also had creases/lines above my top lip which I did not have prior. Dr. Michael Sullivan tried to tell me that it was a wrinkle, a "wrinkle" that I did not have prior to this office visit!
