      We were desperate. They offered to come late at night, but we were fine with next day. John showed up and got us back up and running in short order. We felt the fee was fair, checked a number of other items to make sure we would be good. He also made some suggestions and additional offers, some of which we took advantage of. Can't say enough good about Matheson. In this day and age many companies have lost sight of what good customer service is... not these folks. My expectations were exceeded and that is not an easy thing to do.
