These are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing busines with. I've lost count of how many guns I've bought, traded and consigned here. Always friendly and helpful unlike some other gun shops I won't mention (Guns & Ammo).

I got tired of guns and a**holes making me feel like an idiot so I did some research on other gun places. I found classic arms and checked them out. Chance was the guy i talked to and had a great experience there. Everyone was really respectful, ordered what I asked for and guess what...they actually have really decent prices as well as military discounts (but not on guns). I definitely found the right store to do business with finally.

The absolute BEST place to do business with. I really enjoy going into a business and having them know who I am by name and appreciate me being there. Jay, Chance and all the other people who run this establishment are very kind and helpful people who will take the time to talk to you and teach you anything you want to know about a firearm. I knew nothing about firearms when I first walked in and Chance took the time to sit down and explain everything including basic firearm safety to me and I really appreciate that. I didn't feel judged by my lack of basic firearms and I will continue to purchase all my firearms and ammo from this place.

I purchased a Glock 19 recently and the experience was exceptional. I am relatively new to firearms and made some newbee mistakes while checking out the gun. The clerk was friendly and did not make fun of my mistakes or make me feel foolish which I really appreciated. The service was fast and VERY professional and the prices are reasonable. I will do business with them again!

These guy are the best. I already bought 2 handgun plus getting ready to buy my third gun from. They don't treat you as a customer but as a friend. They really spent the time you need when buying somethings. Sure there not as big as Gun And Ammo but they treat you right. Was in Gun and Ammo last week, when they found out that I wasn't going to buy anything they walk away and barely answer any question i had. CLASSIC ARMS you are the best. Thank you

For gun purchases I guess they are ok but I called about a gun repair, told them what I needed done and they said to bring it in they could do the work. When I brought it in, I had to show them what part was bad and describe how to fix it as well as tell them what tool they would need. Needless to say I left with my gun instead of letting them fix it.
