My experience was great. Paramedic, David assisted me with gathering details on my symptoms of a viral stomach infection. He was very kind, professional and I nervous when he was giving me an IV, made sure I was comfortable/distracted with conversation to help me from fainting and fear of needle. Very gentle, no bruising and got it right the first time. Very knowledgeable and kind staff. Plus they offer free gifts in front which I am still using. (Pen, antibacterial gel, chap-stick, band-aids etc.)

I don`t recommend this place at all. Wife went there twice for a cold. The first visit cost 125.00. Came back 3 days later and it cost 125.00 again. A week later She still was sick. Talked to some friends about the place and they had Horror stories about it. I don`t think they know what they are doing!

Do not go to this place! Waste of time and $. I went in thinking I may of had a miscarriage. Told the PA what happened. Her words ' yeah, that sounds like what happened.' She did no exam, no blood work. Not even a pregnancy test. And they still charged me for that. I could have looked in the mirror and told myself that. I was better off going to the ER.

This place has horrible customer service and the front end ladies did not know their information and all they kept saying was "he hasn't met his deductible". They charged me $95 instead of my copay amount of $75. Their reason was "he hasn't met his deductible." You don't have to meet your deductible to pay your copay. I loved the doctor and he was very nice. But, they need new front end people. They were not professional at all. Also, one of them almost violated the HIPPA law..they better be careful!! All in all, we will not be going back there again. And the reason I said something about the copay because I would hate for them to screw someone else over financially like they tried with me. Little did they know I am a CPC and know a little more than they do.

Though this place does xrays, they do not have xray technicians or nurses. They have medical assistants who do it. I don't think that is safe without a degree. Girl up front could be a little more friendly and smile more.

I took my daughter to the clinic several months ago, the Dr was wonderful. He needs to check out the business side of his clinic. My insurance paid more than they thought. I have been calling them every week for 10 weeks to send a credit back to us. Sandy the office manager said it would go out but we never recieved it. She also said several patients credits were mailed out as well. Don't think we will be going back there.

In the past in Corpus I have struggled with long waits and inatentive doctors. Therefore, I found TLC to be refreshingly attentive, quick and thorough. I don't usually post, but I had to respond becuase i totaly disagree with this person's review

This place is excellent! The physician's know their stufff! They are caring ER physician's whom I trust with my whole family. I love this place and I will not go anywhere else!

con artist!!!! do not go there. they will charge amounts on your credit card you did not authorize.

This facility has everything in one place so the doctors can diagnose and treat you properly, the first time. I can't say enough, you truly have to see it to believe it!
