Amazing service! So much has changed since Cosmo first opened. The salon is beautiful and clean. My technician did an amazing job on my nails - the color was painted as close to my cuticle as you can get. I did not have to wait for my appointment.

Pedicure tub was not bleached tools were unsterilized brushes they use harbor bacteria big time fungus on tails and toes looks upscale but looks can be deceiving

There are no words to describe the experience I had at Cosmo. It started off alright while I had a pedicure. The tech was pleasant but was extremely rough and cut into my toe while trimming my cuticles. It happens I guess. Did she slow down tho and apologize? No. Ok so onto the manicure. She cut me three more times!!!! My fingers were burning!!!! Omg never before! She then blamed it on my dry cuticles. Today I have little scabs for cuticles. I didn't get mad, I didn't complain but I did only leave a 12% tip. She rushed and hurt me more than was necessary. I paid and left the tip prior to the polish. Once she saw the tip I left she hissed, Refused to look at me and rushed even more. Of course a nail got smudged and had to be redone so I got the big eye rolling and a pouty face. She never said thank you, she never sincerely apologized to me. She was about as inappropriate as she could have been. At least the 4 cuts don't hurt as much today.

LOVELY place. I go there all the time to get my nails done... Shellac about every two weeks, sometimes 3 to 3 and a half because it lasts so long. The salon is always so neat and clean and just about everyone who works there is great... I don't care for alyssa because she made like 3 of my fingers bleed one time... I see David T and Christine and have never had a bad experience with them.

I had a pedi one week ago before a trip at cosmo nails, as I had many other times here before. The staff is nice enough. However after 2 days of being away the polish came right off of my toes. I contacted Christine the owner once I returned home .I told her I was unsatisfied with the pedi and would like to have another one( after all it did cost $30 plus a $6 tip so i would it expect to get a little more mileage out of it.) she told me to come in and they would pick a different color because perhaps the color I picked out didn't work on my toes???? Thats a first. So i went in, picked a different color, and got another pedi. I went to the register clearly expecting it to be at least half off or on the house since they did such a bad job one week prior. Christine was at the desk and said $30 please!! I was SHOCKED and APPALLED! I handed her money and needed change. She rifled through her large Louis Vuitton bag to get me my change. I tipped the girl $6 who did my pedi. I then told Christine that I had just given her $36 last week for a pedi ad because of the lack of customer service I would not be returning. She looked up at me and smiled while saying "OK". Really?!? Bad business move!!! I will tell everyone NOT to go to this greedy woman who could care less about her clients.

clean, professional and great atmosphere to relax

I have been a loyal customer of Cosmo since the day they opened. Yes they are very busy and somedays it is nearly impossible to walk in. However with that said, i have never had a problem if i call on my way there or an hour or so before i want to go. I have to say Cosmo is my favorite place to go, i am treated very well and my nails and feet always look gorgeous. On top of the wonderful work the people that work the re are always friendly.

They're listed on the CND website as a Shellac salon, but they don't know what they're doing. Not recommended for shellac - overall it was clean and they spoke understandable english.

I have always had a wonderful experience at Cosmo Nails, finding the staff friendly and the facilities very clean. Though extremely busy at times, I have called last minute and have been able to get an appointment in a pinch. Well worth the price and very relaxing! -Jay S.

If you like to take pay money to take your own gel nail polish off, have your manicurist get up every 1 minute to tend to the phone or incoming customers, or pt money for a crappy gel nail polish color, go there. This place is awful. They are money hungry and rude. All staff members. RUDE. Don't even bother setting up an appointment. You're better off walking in. Even when I called for an appointment, I waited an hour. I hope this place goes out of business Bc they are stealing people's money from their awful customer service. I don't even want to give them a star on this review board but I'm not allowed to give no star. Awful experience.
