Out standing service from Chris and his crew. Will buy again!

Bought a guitar online from them and they refused to send it. Total thieves. Stay far, far away from these folks. Currently filing for small claims court. UNBELIEVABLE. I've never seen anything like this in my life from people that were not in jail.

Poor service, thieving employees, managers are insulting and curse at customers. I have never experiences anything so insulting in my life. Refused to take responsibility and help out with a damaged item claim. I would recommend you stay far away from this shop

VERY poor service. Rude employees. Worst music store I have ever purchased from. I would seriously warn anyone to avoid this store at all costs. They operate like a shoddy pawn shop. Do not support this business.

Wow, what a mess. These folks shipped an already damaged guitar in a case, with no padding. When the guitar arrived, a 9 volt battery was flying around within the guitar, which caused several huge splits in the guitar. I was offered a $100 partial refund. After three days, a manager named Chris emailed me and requested that I send the guitar back for a full refund so they could repair it and sell it again. Mind you, this is three days after the $100 refund was promised. In the meantime, I had taken the guitar to my luthier (an hour drive each way). When I told Gravity this, they insisted I send the guitar back anyway... which was obviously IMPOSSIBLE. Every employee I spoke to, on the phone and online, was rude and insulting to speak to. I should also mentioned that they requested that I pay them directly via credit card, not through eBay, so they could save some money in fees. This prevented me from having any recourse.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

These guys are a joke! Top money paid my butt! I took in a Mark bass 8x10 and a Mark bass Momark head with a six string carvin and a Mark 1x12 combo, all of which add up to a little over $4000.00 dollars and they told me that my asking price of $1500.00 was to high. Went to the GUITAR CENTER , the kings of bend you over customer service and they gave me $2500.00! On top of that I bought a Crate guitar half stack ,the speakers ended up not being plugged in or soldered after popping it open, and after getting it home I called the guy to let him know he might want to try the gear out before he sells it. Before I even told him that I didn't care that the speakers didn't work (cause I had four brand new celestions for it!) he told it worked fine and there's no return policy. I'm sure I somehow unplugged all four speakers on the drive home....... Doesn't get much worse then this place. Go to Guitar Center or anywhere else but here and trust me you will get more bang for your buck.
