When I first walked into Paquime Restaurant, I expected what I've come to love about El Paso Family-run Restaurants. A place where I would feel comfortable and the food would be delicious and filling. This is where Paquime's took it up a few notches. From the Salsa to the Soup to the Main Course, Desert, and the Specialty Juices they make on site, everything including the service had an added air of exceptional. I never caught the name of my Server, but he was quick to the table and gave a few recommendations. I ordered one of the Juices which came out in a Pitcher large enough for two glasses. The Soup was homemade and outstanding. The fish had a great flavor and was covered with what I took as either Pecans or Pistachios. Either way, beyond what I was expecting to taste. I'm not much for Dessert, but the Pastry was outstanding. A to-go Cup was brought without asking by the Server who deserves a 5 Star rating and review on his own. 7 Star Hotel Service for folks in Jeans
