I was very pleased with the service from Roto-Rooter. I had an odor coming from my drain in my kitchen sink for the five years i have lived here. I had two other plumbers come out to get rid of the problem and even had one replace my disposal thinking that might have been the problem. Neither company was able to resolve my problem. When the sink backed up and I wasn't able to clear it I found Roto-Rooter in the phone book. The young man who came out was very polite and knowledgeable. He went right to work and when he was through the problem was solved and he did a great job cleaning up. I am a very happy customer. I have sung Roto-Rooter's praises ever since and will not hesitate to call them for all my future plumbing needs.
I have told everyone that I know about Roto-Rooter Services. I think the first time we used them was about 10 yrs ago, they fixed a problem, with one bathroom, we need to be able to have a flushing toliet. We had spent days, and money on chemicals, and another plumber, We called Roto-Rooter they were here within a hr. and had it fixed with 1/2 hr also it costs us 1/3 of what we already spent that didn't help.It was also the evening hrs, and they don't charge more for that. Last year we had a problem with tub not draining, they came, had the problem solved with in 20 mins. it was the sink drain.never thought about using the powdered dish washing soap / First time we ever had trouble with that. This yr brand new toliet after 4 days wasn't flushing right / my first call was to Roto-Rooter plumbiing services./ they were here with in two hrs, snaked the line put the camera down the cast iron pipe and showed us what the problem was..Jason # 32 was here that day.. The pipe was old , falling apart inside, not enough slope. We knew it was time to replace with plastic, and also put the clean out / outside instead of in the basement. / I can't say enough good things about the fact that their office personnel are friendly and are on top of everything. I can't say enough good things about how friendly their plumbers / workers are.. They are right up front about how much something is going to cost before performing the service. they are very knowledgeable about what they need to do and why and they explain in lay mans terms which makes it easier for your customers. They Jason # 32 and Ed were here the next morning and got started right away, and got the job done.. they did it as quickly as possible to be able to get our toliet up and running again.. they did. not shut off access to be able to use it until they had to, and then they made sure we were aware of it.. Like I said I just can't say enough good things about these workers.

Excellent service. Technician showed up and had my toilet unclogged in 5 minutes, and didn't charge me as much as other plumbers could have. Would definitely use again!

This business was super. I made the call and they were here within the hour. I couldn't believe my eyes... I was expecting company and my basement washing machine drain had backed up all over the basement floor. In less than an hour he had the drain open and was on his way. Any time you have a plumbing problem .. just call ROTO-ROOTER.
