Our home warranty company sent All Express for a pretty serious leak. My wife and I were a little concerned given some of the reviews. The two gentlemen, Jack and Tom, were super professional, worked quickly, and fixed the issue easy peasy! The plumber we called previously wouldn't do the job because he said there was no access to the leak. Tom found access by taking the time to crawl around under my house, spiders and all. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance, big or small. Ask for Tom and Jack if you can!!!

Flooding happens, and it is never fun to call around for a plumber. However, this company seemed very competitive with its rates. They were fast and accommodating.

Jonas our service provider was extremely friendly, representable and incredibly aggressive in fixing our problems in a most convenient way- even though roadblocks were blocking to fix. All of a sudden, our water and sorrows were washed away.

These guys contacted me immediately after responding to my home warranty call, and they showed up when they said they would, and fixed everything the right way. They even fixed another issue that was existing before we bought the home that was outside the scope of the warranty call, and they showed me exactly what they were doing so I knew why things were in prior disrepair.

The professionals from express were great. The pros were able to come to the house on time, they were very nice, was able to help me out and fix the valve and make it 50% below.

They were scheduled through my home warranty company. They came out and determined that the old water heater needed replacement and could not be repaired. The extra cost was due to required modifications to the plumbing and hood the warranty company did not cover. They were very fast in getting this done and I would use them even if it was not warranty work.

The owner John sent his technician Salim to fix my water leaking one week nightmare within 45 minutes at the half price of other plumbing companies.

All in all things went smoothly. They called to confirm my requested Saturday appointment from 9am-12pm. They (there were 3 of them) called me at 840am to let me know they were 10 minutes out. The job, admittedly an easy garbage disposal fix - but I'm paying for a warranty that I decided to use - was done in all of 20 minutes.

It was a straightforward job that was done quickly. John was personable and enjoyed joking around.

We had an emergent plumbing issue (blockage in the main drain making so that we couldn't use any of the facilities in our house), and asked to be the first appt - we got the 8-11 window the were told no earlier than noon our technician arrived at 11:20. This was my only complaint as I had to call for ETA updates.

I'm giving Omar of All Express five stars as he save us THOUSANDS Of dollars. On the night we had flooding we called Anderson Plumbing to help before we reported to our home warranty company. The were there for hours, charged us $600, and told us it was either roots or a collapsed pipe and quoted is $3500 to fix it. We told them we were going to see if the warranty covered it first.

First American sent out Omar of All Express. He was here for a half hour, snaked the main drain and was able to clear the blockage (Anderson never went to the main clear out). He advised that there was no indication of roots or a collapsed pipe and was likely just TP.

I had plumbing issues and my home warranty insurance sent all express plumbing. I actually used Yelp to look at the reviews to see what I would be in for. I can honestly say that these one star reviews are bogus and border on racist. These guy's (John and Mel) were the best. Very professional and knowledgable about the issues I had. Not only would I use them through my warranty insurance, I would call them for issues that would not be covered by my insurance.

John evaluated an issue related to a sanitary-napkin plugged line which we had cleared. He was the third plumber to do so. John and one other plumber had cameras. He and another advised that one area of my toilet drain was bowed due to settling. He disagreed with another that an ABS into cast pipe joint had separated. He suggested doing nothing with the ABS until we had reason to remodel the bathroom. Snake out an occasional plug, because the cost to replace the pipe would exceed $7,000. He refused to take payment even though I insisted. I have multiple properties. He definitely made it on my good-provider contact list.

Thank you for coming out today and snaking the drain on our house. My normal plumber was busy and I just got your name from a friend. John was very polite and courteous even though he was doing a dirty job.

I would not do this job and come out as dirty as he did for $99. He had to get under my house loosen something and snake the drain from there.

I had these guys out under our home warranty. We had a blockage in our sewer line and it was Saturday morning. I fully expected we wouldn't get anyone out until Monday at the earliest, except we were told that All Star Plumbing would call and arrange an appointment for Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised.

They turned up earlier than expected and the gentleman quickly came in and took a look and identified the issue. He snaked the drain and was probably out of our house in less than 30 minutes. He was very polite and answered all my questions.

I'll definitely keep them in mind for any future plumbing issues.

Quality, Service and Value was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! John knew what he was doing, was prompt, quick with the repair/replace. He even removed the old heater and all boxes, etc. He gets my future business!!!

They came and fixed the problem right away. Another company had told us over the phone that the entire water heater needed to be replaced, which would have cost us $2K. All Express Plumbing correctly diagnosed and replaced a thermocouple at minimal cost and in less than 15 minutes. They came and fixed the problem before some other companies even called back. Very honest.

Very fast and professional quality removal of the old Water Heater and install of a new unit. The crew came on time and replaced the unit in a timely careful manner. I high recommend this company for service.

Had them out for Home Warranty work on leaking disposal. Omar went and got a new one and had it installed in less than 2 hours total. Very prompt on service call and work good so far! We are in Lake San Marcos.
