This is a horrible dirty store. We saw hamsters w diarrhea and I told a associate about it and she did nothing. We were going to buy some fish and we found tanks full of ick . there were dry fecies on the floor explains the smell. That was my first and definitely my last time there

We like to shop at Petsmart so we decided to take our new Maltese puppy there for grooming. She went 2 times and came back looking ok although it never looked like they had done much. On the 3rd visit, we brought a picture of how we wanted our dog groomed thinking there wouldn't be any confusion. We picked her up and she looked terrible!!! Her fur had hardly been cut, it looked very choppy, and was very uneven! She did not look groomed at all! Not only did she look awful, but it cost $40!

I take my dog here for grooming once a month. They do a great job and are always friendly.

I'd recommend them to my friends. I took my dog there last year for obediance training. It was cheaper than the other options I checked out, and they had really great instructors. I missed 2 sessions, but I went in and another instructor took all the time I needed to catch me up on what I missed. I also like that they have a scale there so I can weigh my dog whenever I want. I also took him to the vet there for an ear infection, and they were very thorough and polite. They were also cheaper for the office visit and the microchipping. I've also gotten really good advice on pet nutrition and help picking out food and treats. There's always an employee close by to ask you if you need anything. I like going there, and the services are cheaper than those elsewhere! Not to mention that you can take your dog in and walk him around... and they have "Oops!" stations for when your dog embarasses you by pooping on the floor! :)
