They are terrible! They have no customer loyalty, no interest in helping you resolve problems, and they just don't care. I would advise my best friend to NOT give these people their business. My dad passed away very recently, and instead of helping me to figure out how to handle his policies, they just kicked us right to the curb. NO effort AT ALL to help us out despite DECADES of being a loyal client.

The people at this agency are the most uncaring, cold individuals I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for an agency who will stand by you and help you resolve difficult situations, you should go anywhere else but here. After decades of being a loyal client, my dad passed away. When I tried to get things resolved with the insurance company, they could not have been less caring and helpful. Made a horrible situation even worse than it already was. Not exactly the kind of response you'd want from an insurance agent. RUN, dont' walk, AWAY from this agency.
