My first time at this vet, will be my last. They helped people who came in after me. Didn't acknowledge I was there. After taking it upon myself to walk up to the counter, they then refused to take any info on my pet, to set up future appointments. Very rude to anyone who is not one of their personal friends.

Very Caring staff and excellent doctors!!

I am very well pleased with Eastside Animal Health Center. All of the Staff are just great with animals. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves their animal. The Doctor's loves these animals just like they are their own. Very informative and go the extra mile to to give your animal the best care possible. If you love your animal and need a good Doctor this is the best in Fort Smith, AR. I have a Bichon Frise, and I am very particular who cares for my "baby". I have been going to this Clinic three years, and I am a well pleased customer , and so is my dog. I rate this business very highly and exceptional service.
