Don't go this place unless you don't care about you money , I just bought a Gucci glasses for $650( 290 is Gucci official site price ) which is over charges too much , and even not allow to refund it !!! Crazy!!! They said ( refund it's ok ! We would still charge 10 % of price for no reason ) I don't know what is that for!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never brought my glasses home yet, Customer service is the worst ever!!!! You guys need careful talking with that Taiwanese old woman!

I feel so sham on her, coz we both are Taiwanese , I don't really know why she does that to her people !

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I've never received such poor quality and unprofessional behavior.



My complaint is for Jessica in the front whom I scheduled an appointment with, I stressed my need to see a specific doctor yet when I drove 45 mins to see this doctor and after a 1 hour wait (ridiculous) I realized I got a different doctor.



Then I brushed it off, and ordered some contacts. She sold me very expensive contact lenses over $800 promising a rebate of $150. When I got a call that my contact lenses were ready, no one warned me of the expiration date of this rebate. So when I picked my lenses up the rebate was already expired.



Then I call them to clarify and I get horrific customer service from their manager Will. He had poor communication. And he was very rude during the phone conversation with a nasty attitude. I try emailing and they respond with the same unprofessional, unpleasant and rude customer service. Never did he apologize and I was treated with zero respect. PLUS I didn't get my rebate back.



DON'T EVER COME HERE it is a waste of time and energy. HORRIFIC and disgusting.

Dr. Alan Milano is a truly outstanding optometrist, who is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend him.
