Got my nails done at Lisa Nails and Spa

5173 E Kings Canyon Rd Fresno, CA 93727. Their nail technician spilled monomer on my brand new phone (2 days Old). I cleaned off the back of the phone not realizing that the monomer penetrated through the back of the phone turning my battery red, corroding my buttons. Phone will not work now. Nail technician apologized when it happened. But then rushed through my service cutting into my cuticles, injuring me. Saying that they where in a hurry. Services where prepaid, I asked for a refund on my services. Was told "No Refund", and asked to leave the shop. I do not recommend anyone to this shop. I at minimum like to be treating with respect since I am giving them my money for a service. Very disappointed as they were referred to me.

This is my third time coming to this place but linda always does my nails. When I came in today she was out of state so this guy did my nails. He had to take off my nails that I had on and when he took off my thumb on my right hand he didn't do it carefully he ripped my nail and it started bleeding. I'm really weak when I see blood on me or when I'm hurt and I do faint. So a minute later I started feeling dizzy and nausea I called my fiancé while I was trying to walk to the hallway to go to the bathroom and I fainted! Fell straight to the ground , I fainted for at least 60 seconds and got up all wiggly went to the bathroom washed up put the some water on my and I was vommitting in the toilet and no one came to check up on me to see it I was okay or not. When I felt a little bit better I came out of the restroom told the workers that I fainted in the hallway and no one came to check up on me. The guy who cut me said "I checked but I didn't know where you were." Really ? I was in the bathroom where else would I be?! He didn't even say sorry or say anything. I gotta say this is the worse nail salon I have ever came too.

I got a gel manicure and honestly it wasn't even a gel manicure more like a get polish change. she honestly just took off my old gel polish, scraped a under my nails, put the bond aid on my nails and proceeds to apply the base,color, and top coat. Then she applied oils on my hand for literally only 10 seconds each and boom I'm done. Are you kidding me!! I paid for a mani not a polish change! Not only that but my nails was not even filed. I went home and evened them out myself. The service was good, I felt rushed though. Honest to say I won't be going back!

I love the girls. Their art is unique. Just tell them what you want. If you walk in, you're probaby going to wait. They work as a team and move from chair to chair to use their special skill be cause they all have their own unique skill. The main girl is awesome. All very beautiful girls. The place is very clean and the chairs for a pedi are awesome.

Enjoy a massage while you get to toes did. Good price. Today will be my third time there, and I'm now committed.
