In addition, individuals throughout the United States have sought counseling at Forest View Hospital due to our expertise in the treatment of psychological trauma, eating disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Forest View Hospital is committed to providing comprehensive treatment for all mental illness. Because each person is unique, all treatment is designed to meet the specific needs of each individual from a multidisciplinary treatment team approach. The treatment at Forest View Hospital is covered in whole or in part by most insurance plans, including Blue Cross, Medicare, Medicaid and most HMO's. A mental health professional is available 24 hours a day at 1-866-969-8068 in our Assessment and Referral Department to answer questions and provide information. We will provide a free assessment and will make recommendations for treatment as necessary.

Forest View Hospital is a 62-bed private psychiatric facility that provides acute inpatient psychiatric programming 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Our partial hospitalization program provides six hours of structured, intensive treatment Monday through Friday. Our outpatient clinic provides medication management and psychiatric evaluations. Forest View Hospital is conveniently located seven miles southeast of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan off of Interstate I-96.
