      I can not tell you about the s...

      I can not tell you about the service that they provide, but the billing service is outrageous. My father died the same day that I was signing up for their service. I was billed $4,700.00 on my credit card for 2 weeks of care. Because my father had died, I did not need their service. My father died on April 25th. They charged my credit card the $4,700.00 on May 9th, 2 weeks after my father had died! No one told the bookkeeper that we were not clients and did not use their service! Now, they tell me that they sent a refund of $4,624.00 to my fathers address. My brother has had the mail forwarded to him and no one seems to know where the check went! My credit card bill is due in 8 days and if it is not paid, I will incur late charges because of their stupidity! If you use their service, be sure you know what they are charging you for!
