Provided by YP.comI have been ordering wings from this establishment for the past ten years. The few problems I ever had were minor and forgotten (no sauce, no celery (back when we didnt have to request or buy it) or a few wings missing from the order). The other night however, I was ordering for two friends of mine (who were reluctant). I know that WOG do not offer the celery any more unless requested, so I included it in an order with the wings. I also requested a dry rub and a sauce covered. When I presented the wings to my friends they were mixed up and both looked as if they were covered in sauce. The one person did not like BBQ which caused for a disatisfied customer (first offense). I also work in the food industry. And I work with celery and know how it should look. The celery I was given was dry and brown, not worth the extra money I was made to pay for it (second offense). When I called to let the manager ,Shane, who claims he has worked there for years know about my dissatifaction. He said, "you should have let the employees know to keep the dry rubs seperate from the wet ones. Also he told me that the celery is prepackaged, (which I can tell you do all that in house). Rude manager equals third offense. Also your dressing to wing ratio is completely messed up. If I order one 8pc I get one dressing but if I order up to 25pc I still only get 1 dressing. And also I noticed that a few of the kitchen workers who were walking from kitchen to the front had neither hair nets or gloves on ( all of which had very long hair and some had huge beards.) After years of working with W.O.G. I am very dissapointed. And I will be posting this review any and every where I can. This time my feelings and trust have been let down. wings are tasty. customer sevice is lacking.

Provided by YP.comI ordered $40 worth or ribs and wings for my friends and myself. I called back about 1 minute after i hung up the phone, obviously before they were even cooked, to ask if I could get half of the 25 wings seasoned differently. I went to go pick up my order and asked them for change so that I could tip them for the hassle and the entire place went eerily quiet. Even the cooks came out of the back room to see me after I said that. I thought that seemed strange until I got home and saw my food. The breading in every wing had multiple hairs in it. Will never eat there again!

Provided by DexKnowsSometimes calling in an order can take a while when they're busy, but setting up an account to order online takes care of that problem. Pretty good service, pretty quick delivery, and their boneless wings are as good as any in town. This is a staple for us at "get-togethers" if I don't feel like cooking anything, and we've never been dissappointed.
