Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center, established in 1922, is a unit of Legacy Health System. The center features advanced diagnostic imaging technology, including the latest available in magnetic resonance imaging and computed tomography scanners, R2 ImageChecker and ultrasound. Its day caring staff provides services, such as blood transfusions, antibiotic therapy, chemotherapy, iron therapy, injections, therapeutic phlebotomy, central line care and hydration. The Chaplaincy Program at Legacy Mount Hood addresses the spiritual needs of patients and families by offering caring and supportive visitation, nonjudgmental listening, referral to the patient s clergy person or the hospital chaplain, and prayer and Eucharist ministries. The center also provides intensive, heart care, endoscopy and emergency services. Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center is located in Gresham, Ore.
