This is the most *AWFUL* experience I have ever had at a veterinary clinic. Some word of advice: NEVER bring your fur baby here!

To start with, the veterinary assistant had her pen (no pen top) near my dogs eye as she was examining her. I did not say a word because the young lady is simply just unexperienced. After waiting a short time, the vet, Valarie Culpepper came in treating my husband and I as if we are ignorant and out of line for feeding our dog a turkey burger patty. There was no "Hi, How are you?", Nothing. Valarie came in the room assuming my dog, whom is almost one year old and should be full of energy, has diarrhea and weakness in the legs so fatigued she can barely walk because we fed her a turkey burger patty. We know the importance of the consistent diet. We made a mistake and we were there to have our dog examined to see if she could receive some sort of treatment for her obvious dehydration. She never tested her for parasites or anything, which could have been done in-office, but it was obvious she had no care in the world about our dog, she was more interested in getting off at 5:00. She gave us a fecal exam to do at home. When we were getting ready to leave, she did not say anything besides, "That will be $41.50 when you bring it back." Referring to the at-home fecal exam. RUDE. The front desk was not too friendly, either. I will not EVER go back here. We only went here because our vet is closed on Sunday. Save yourself hassle and take your fur-baby to Oasis Animal Hospital. Their team is awesome and even more importantly-they CARE.

I've been coming to this location for about 3 years now.She is so professional and so caring about both me and my dog. This is what people look for with any Dr.I'm a lifer with her and any animal I may have.I have experienced several different vets. She's by far the best. She's tops in my book.

The doctors and staff were so very caring in treating my cat. Cheerful and professional, and yet, so understanding. This is the very best facility I have used in my 60+ years! Open 7 days for all of my emergencies, they have treated several of my animals and ALWAYS been consistent in their care of my pets, plus my own emotional state. PLEASE USE THEM! Use them for everything from yearly vacinations to emergencies and see what I mean! They are better than prozac and a prayer!
