I've been coming to the one in independence since they opened. The service has steadily declined to the point of no return and now I'm served raw food. I ordered the Johnny as I always do. Ordered a medium steak and was served a raw steak. The blood was draining on my plate. Not going to sugar coat this. I wanted to hurl! The manager came over and told me they have different guidlines for cooking meat and insisted this was their version of medium. I told him I've been coming for years and always order the same thing and this is not medium. He asked if they could just cook the steak more but I see blood draining all over my other fpod and said no. So he brought me a whole new plate. It looked great. Steak was cooled correctly and he still insisted on arguing with me about the steak. Then I cut into my chicken to taste raw meat yet again. Now I have raw chicken! That I just ate! At this point I was done and ratty to leave! My love of carrabbas is completely gone. I've given them way too many chances. As I'm typing this I'm praying to God I'm not going to die or get ill from the one bite of that raw chicken. Bad service and the worst experience ever!

We love the food here however SERVICE is horrible. And this is not just a one time thing. We have walked out once because it took them so long to even ask for drinks and it WAS NOT busy at all!!!! So after waiting a good 20-30 min w/o even being seen- we walked out. And this has happened on a few occasions!!!! We love the food but we have gone less and less because of this problem.

Excellent Italian eatery. Food is exceptionally good. Great service. Very knowledgeable servers. Prices are good. Great wines

Their food is good but kind of expensive for pasta. Great italian atmosphere.

A little more expensive than say Macaroni Grill and certainly more than Zio's, but you get a great selection of food and still not looking at a 50.00 dollar bill for the couple. My wife really likes the mahi-mahi.
