I live right next to this location so it's like a second home lol. I'm always stopping in there. Most of the employees are great. Some can work on people skills better. I know this because all of my past work has been in customer service. The good ones talk to you, are personable and go aboveand beyond to help you out. It's not perfect but I don't have major complaints.

to the people who say the shelves are not restocked "on time"... look at the growing demand of the area, so many more people every month. truck days there are every other day.

This used to be a decent grocery store. In the last few months we've noticed a change. Their shelves are not kept stocked. Lots and lots of empty spaces. For some reason they can't seem to keep up with supply and demand here. Very frustrating to stop in 2 and 3 times a week to find they STILL have not restocked their shelves. Very difficult to find someone to go in the back and look for things. Also they now clean their floors in the morning around 9:00 am and it is loud and smelly. Nothing like trying to shop with that machine grinding along behind you. We will be taking our business to a different grocery store.

Jacksonville does not have a great variety of grocery stores. There are only two chains. Thankfully, Food Lion has a great selection of meats and produce and their weekly ads offer some really good deals.
